Recently needed replacement roof , Garvin Construction is certified – for a reason. The crew had a complex roof line and we had to struggle with financing (but we got it!) and yes metal roofs are more expensive, but look at the results! The net result? Green in the summer due to lower utility use and never need to worry about rain or hail.

We we’re a bit hesitant to have the only metal roof in the neighborhood. After some consultation and understanding a bit more about how environmentally responsible it to use metal as opposed to asphalt, we moved forward with Garvin. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Jeff kept us informed and updated along the way. Every looks great, and we’re very happy with the quality and workmanship.
