When you complete installing the boards you should now install the metal roofing over the slats. Installing the roofing is easy. This is because all you need to do is to screw the roofing into slats.
Once the first sheet is in place you should now install the second sheet. Here you need to overlap the second sheet on the first bubble and screw it in place.
You should continue doing this until the entire roof is complete. When you reach the last sheet, you should measure it and ensure that you allow an overhang that goes just beyond the peak of the roof.
You should mark where you want the roof to reach and then using tin snips cut off all the extra material across the entire sheet. After doing this you should screw the last sheet in place.
Once all the metal sheets are in place you should now put on the metal edging which aids in covering the sides of the roof. The edging also covers the roof peak. For the edging to fit on both sides of the roof you need to notch the edging in the center.
