Would recommend Garvin to any one needing a new roof. The crew was very professional and fast. They were done and cleaned up surprisingly quick. You would never know they had been there, except for the great looking roof. Jeff was also great. Explained everything they were going to do, and what to expect when the crew showed up. We own a 120 year old house with a large barn that is even older. Needless to say there is always something that needs repaired or replaced. Garvin Construction helped us out with three projects. A side porch roof had a gutter that allowed the water to run behind, rotting part of the decking. We had one piece of gutter that was running uphill away from the downspout. The barn roof had one area that has always leaked a lot, plus some other small leaks. Garvin Construction took care of the house issues in a very professional manner. The barn roof required more attention. They knew the best approach a complicated repair. Their solution was excellent. The end result is a roof that is very nice and no longer leaks. I would recommend Gaarvin Construction to do an excellent job and do it right.
